Observing Swim Lessons

In order to provide the best learning environment we suggest that family members observe swim lessons from an area that allows for less distraction for your child. If you find your child continually trying to interact with you during their class, we encourage you to move out of the immediate area so that their attention remains focused on their instructor.

Swim Lesson Make-up Policies

No make-up classes are offered for swim lessons missed by participants.

Inclement Weather Policy

Classes that are canceled for inclement weather without a make-up date will be issued a prorated refund. Refunds/vouchers are not issued to participants who cannot attend a published make-up date.

Cancellation of programs held in other locations is determined on an individual basis. Decisions regarding weather cancellations for evening programs are made by 3:30 pm on the day the program is set to occur.
